                     Assistant Stewards Required

We are looking for assistant stewards for Westhall THS 3rd-17th August & Vaenol Wales THS 20th August-3rd September, even if you can only help out for a few days during those dates, please contact Steven Mason and let him know. Please consider helping our stewards to run these THS's. They are giving up there time to run these sites for you. If you steward for example 2 days you would then get 2 days free camping. So 4 days free camping in total.!! You wont be expected to put any entertainment or anything on. Just be the first port of call should a member have any problems (the main stewards would be contactable) and book people on the site. Your assistance is really needed as stewarding THS's for one couple is too much x

Yours sincerely

Nina Zizka (Mrs) – Chairman - South Suffolk DA

                  Urgent Appeal for Stewards

WE URGENTLY need you help to find assistant stewards for our THS in Wales between 20th August - 3rd September. Even if you can only help out for a few days that’s better than nothing. We do have a committee meeting next week and the decision will be made than whether to cancel this as it’s too much for one couple to do on their own.
